About Finder's Creepers

Finder's Creepers is an independently owned and operated business in Des Moines, Iowa. Finder's Creepers is proudly a woman owned business (Hi! I'm Erin!) and it is both a brick and mortar shop as well as an online store! I wanted to create a total environment where the weird are most welcome! It is a horror themed gift shop and Art Gallery for Halloween lovers, monster movie maniacs, morbid art aficionados and everyone else who has an appreciation for the strange and unusual.

In addition to the Art Gallery and Store, I also offer other events including horror movie nights, sewing classes and private parties for kids and adults!

Finder's Creepers encompasses two levels:

The ground level section is dedicated to selling unique horror tees, collectible monster toys, handmade perfumes, soaps, handmade embroidered
leather wallets, re-structured punk rock and metal clothing, belts and belt buckles, spooky antiques, organic body jewelry, real skulls, fossils and other hard-to-find items.

The Art Gallery resides in the basement of a 100 year old building called "The Argonaut". I affectionately refer to it as  the "Ghoul Gallery" and it sprawls across 2,000 SF via five very unique and differently themed rooms.  Finder's Creepers hosts monthly art shows with new themes, new artists and new original works so you have to check back often to see the new artwork we have up on our walls or for sale here, on our website.

In addition, I host numerous charity events as well and have hosted fundraisers for the March of Dimes- March for Babies, the Animal Lifeline and the Des Moines Central Shelter and Services. Keep an eye out on our Calendar for upcoming events!
